About Park Shore, Naples Real Estate

Just west of 41, along the stretch of the Gulf of Mexico located between the area south of Seagate Drive and north of Anchor Rode Drive, is one of Naples’ most highly-sought communities, Park Shore. Along Gulf Shore Blvd North, a stretch of beachfront on one side and bayfront on the other is a mix of high and mid-rise condominiums. Inland are single-family homes, some of which are located on bayfront lots that gaze out over the Venetian and Doctors Bays. Both homes and condominiums in Park Shore range from original construction dating back to the ’60s to brand new multi-million dollar construction.
Park Shore is on the water, nestled between Pelican Bay and Old Naples to the north and south, respectively.
