Welcome to Old Naples
It is not surprising that Old Naples has been heralded as one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Southwest Florida. The irresistible area that extends from 14th Avenue South to Golf Drive encompasses miles of pristine white sandy beach, as well as an eclectic blend of historic beach cottages, contemporary new luxury home construction, and sophisticated shopping and dining districts.
After its founding in the late 1880s, Naples quickly gained notoriety for its beauty, mild climate, and abundant fish and game. In 1888, the newly completed Naples Pier served as a passenger and freight dock for the area, and the 1,000-foot long structure remains a favorite attraction for tourists today.
Naples Beach Club
Visitors in the late 1800s stayed in the nearby Naples Hotel, and 130 years later, the legacy lives on as the hotel, now known as the Naples Beach Club, is being reimagined as a Four Seasons Resort with a 216-room hotel, private beachside residences, golf, destination dining, and spa.
Shopping, Dining & Culture
In the heart of Old Naples, The Third Street South and Fifth Avenue South shopping districts are home to the world-class shops, art, and dining that have secured Naples’ place in the lexicon of luxurious places to live and play. Year-round community and cultural events add to the magical atmosphere that so many love about Naples.
